Plugged onto a scaffolding tube with compatible dimensional and mechanical characteristics, and fitted with a rope and sleeve, the scaffolding tube pulley spindle is used to maneuver a pole, for example in the case of the “tetrapod head” lifting device.
The use of a return pulley and stop ring enables the maneuvering device to be slackened.
