The purpose of the CT 254/40 insulator anchoring bracket is to provide a fixed anchoring point behind the ball socket, enabling :
• conductors can be placed on a clamp or sleeve, in the case of double anchoring,
• displacement of the conductor in the clamp, in the event of a change in the conductor's mechanical tension,
• replacement of the anchoring clamp by another anchoring clamp or by an anchoring sleeve.
The anchor bracket consists of :
• a base plate,
• a locking system,
• a hinged traction stirrup attached to the stirrup of the base plate.
The device is equipped with gripping rings.
