The insulating sleeve is used to install the ETEBTMAY clamp in a switchboard or LV network cabinet,
trifucation of DMTBTT devices and NH1,2,3, NH00 and NH4a dummy fuses.
One end is fitted with a threaded spigot for knife insertion.
The other end is fitted with a spring and a pin for fitting the trifurcation and vice.
