This clamp is placed and unhooked from the ground using an insulating rope passed over the conductor.
The clamp is raised onto the conductor by pulling on the 1st rope. The clamp is unhooked by pulling on the 2nd rope.
The rope can be passed over the conductor using an insulating pole fitted with the quick-hooking system.
