Attached to a support other than a lattice tower, and fitted with an attachment chain (sold separately), the pole ring saddle is used to :
- provide a fixed mooring point for a hoist, pulley or rope,
- hang tools awaiting use.
A pole holder or a gallows for a service rope can also be fitted to the fixed ring saddle.
