Protection against thermal effect from electrical arc, for head and face. This PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is part of the protection, suitable for arc-flash hazard, in addition with clothing and gloves.
Kit for head protection against thermal effects from Arc-Flash, ATPV 12 cal/cm² or 25 cal/cm², consisting of 2 components :
Arc-Flash face-shield, light grey with anti-fog coating inside, and anti scratch outside, with lower transparent chin guard, and side shield extenders, with ATPV 12 or 25 cal/cm²
Industrial and electrician safety helmet
Face-shield used in association with dielectric head protection and accessories to provide optimal protection from Arc-Flash hazard, as defined by NFPA 70E, corresponding to Arc Rating Category 2 (ARC 2).
