/ Use
The clamp is attached and detached from the ground by means of an insulating rope passed over the conductor.
The clamp is hoisted onto the conductor by pulling on the 1st rope. The clamp is released by pulling on the 2nd rope.
The rope can be passed over the conductor using an insulating pole fitted with the coil holder adapter (PBU) and insulating coil, or the DROPOVER.
